We’re looking fora VP Supply (f/m/x) to join our team and embark on this journeywith us. What you will do: This role is responsible for managingour supply landscape - from defining the travel experiences we wantto offer to integrating relevant suppliers (for accommodation,rental cars etc.) on our platform and continuously managing them. Here’s what you can expect: Shape our offering to customers - Youdevelop, align and communicate a vision and scalable strategy for Supply derived from customer needs. You translate this into a clearplan, defining goals and KPIs to measure success. - You keepabreast of industry trends to push Tourlane’s product forward andensure we are at the forefront of multi-stop travel. Source andmanage suppliers - You oversee the selection of suppliers in ourdestination portfolio and ensure we select and onboard those thatmeet our requirements on competitive terms. - You engage withsuppliers regularly to build strong relationships in the industry,acting as an ambassador to Tourlane. Build our digital inventoryhub - You onboard and support our suppliers on their digitisationjourney ensuring seamless integration into our platform. - Youoversee the deployment of advanced inventory management andreal-time data integration tools. Lead a team of Supply Managers -You lead and coach a team of Supply Managers and provide qualitycontrol over ideas and execution. What you will need to besuccessful: Here’s the experience we are looking for: - Provenexperience in managing large-scale supplier networks and inventorysystems - Strong background in digital integration and implementingtech-driven solutions for supplier onboarding - Strong successtrack record in commercial negotiations and partnership management - Familiarity with travel platforms, OTAs, or dynamic inventorymanagement systems is a strong plus - Fluent in English.
