About this Role - Negotiate strategic marketing plans with key stakeholders and non-traditional advertising accounts to drive revenue growth for the company. - Develop and execute trade marketing, media, and sampling strategies to capture revenue growth opportunities. - Foster long-term relationships with new brands to leverage their potential and drive business success. - Design and implement follow-up activities aligned with manufacturers through brand growth pathways. - Guarantee profitability and return on investment through planning, execution, and reporting. Responsibilities - Hunting new makers and developing categories. - Develop business proposals and marketing plans with key partners and non-traditional advertising accounts. - Foster and develop long-term relationships with new brands. - Design and execute disruptive marketing campaigns. - Work with different stakeholders to follow up campaign execution, results, and billing. - Achieve revenue sales quota. Requirements - Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies, Management, or related disciplines. - 4-5 years of experience in sales and/or massive consume. - Knowledge of sales management and CRM. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experience. - Passion for sales.
