Joining the Media.Monks collective means having the opportunity to create award-winning work with some of the most gifted, focused, joyful, talents from all over the world. **In this role you will**: - Form strategic teams, being aware and evaluating their bandwidth in order to assign their tasks in equitative ways. - Receive briefs and identify their needs in order to enhance ad hoc teams for several projects and take into account their requirements: objectives, KPIs, resources, vendors, production. - Keep horizontal and transparent communication with clients and teams. - Consolidate feedback from clients. - Offer creative and executional input for marketing campaigns. - Ensure that every campaign and its assets meets the quality standards, needs and brief of the campaign. - Identify and assemble cross functional marketing strategies. - Request and supervise budgets. - Review and distribute an equitative workload between teams. - Keep a constant communication, monitoring the status of every project - Schedule management, identifying priorities, deadlines and tasks. - Supervise deliveries assuring they meet the requirements of the initial brief. - Lead regional projects with different social contexts all across LATAM, being the main point of contact of external partners. - Evaluate teams constantly and their performance: feedback, promotions, and team needs alongside creative directors. - Design professional profiles of each team asset alongside the head of clients. - Design and impart onboardings, workshops, trainings, talks and offer tools for all team members. - Keep a constant communication with the Operations team. **Experience you already have**: - More than 5 years of experience leading cross functional teams. - More than 5 years of experience working in creative agencies or creative services teams. - Lead customer relationship (100% client-facing). - Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations. - Excellent English communication skills. (100% bilingual). - Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats. - Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily). - Creative direction input.
