Senior Consultant - Global Service Experience This role is a key liaison between Client Services and Product teams. The Senior Consultant will excel at matrix management, ensuring stakeholders are aware of product enhancements and have a voice in shaping the deployment process. The role involves working closely with specialized teams to develop and deliver support models for Visa Inc. issuers, acquirers, processors, Fintechs, and merchants worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong partnerships with the Global Product team to contribute to their success. - Maintain continuous global CS communication to provide timely feedback to Product. - Develop necessary documentation to educate Client Services and ensure they have required artifacts to execute strategy with clients. - Engage in development and execution of Product KPIs, ensuring regional alignment. - Identify and prioritize key product needs, dependencies with regions, define success measures, and track status with Product. - Engage with Product to provide input on design, development, implementation, client engagement, and support processes with regional feedback and a client lens. Requirements: - 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong collaboration and demonstrated technical aptitude. - Self-starter with ability to achieve results as part of an effective team. Preferred Qualifications: - 9+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree. - Demonstrated understanding of payment and data processing industries. - Exhibit advanced planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
