**What you’ll do**: - Plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display ads). - Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis using digital marketing tools. - Monitor budget and adjust bids on different ad platforms to optimize ROI. - Track KPIs using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess performance and identify issues. - Produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights. - Stay current with the latest paid media trends and technologies. - Manage multiple clients simultaneously while optimizing towards individual performance goals. - Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results. - Posting and distributing content on a variety of online channels. - Social media monitoring, trends, and advertising opportunity tracking. **Requirements**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Minimum of 4 years of marketing agency experience in the following areas: Inbound marketing, paid social media and search advertising campaign execution. - Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision. - Team player with a can-do attitude. - Good knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing. **What we can offer you**: - A great team to work with (4.9/5 employee Net promoter score) - Latest MarTech and resources to work with - Working in an established and already successful company - Work from home option and Internet subsidy**Watch us in action
