Overview Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Social Analyst who will lead digital campaigns for assigned advertisers, providing billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting for multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Responsibilities 1. Setup social campaigns within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines. 2. Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies. 3. Monitor the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives. 4. Ensure the quality of deliverables and campaign setup within the social media platforms. 5. Proactively make suggestions and troubleshoot issues. 6. Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers. 7. Report any issues that may arise within the operation promptly. 8. Deliver recommendations, execution, and analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies, and vendors. 9. Assist in Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates. 10. Connect daily with the global account team over email, IM, and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables. 11. Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to the client. 12. Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group. 13. Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources. 14. Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results. Qualifications 1. B2: Upper Intermediate 2. Intermediate social media campaign management/optimization knowledge. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Result-oriented skills. 5. Attention to detail. 6. Analytical skills. 7. Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical. 8. Strong knowledge of at least one social media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Meta, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok for Business). 9.
