We are looking for the following positions: Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience Detail Specialist 2 - 2+ years experience Responsibilities include maintaining store facilities to ensure high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous staff, and prompt responses to inquiries or complaints. Tasks involve driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles. Responsibilities The detailer will perform tasks using manual dexterity, including washing exteriors, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery, using air compressors, and applying protective chemicals. Additional duties may involve engine cleaning and using dyes, paints, and waxes to protect vehicle surfaces. Flexibility to perform additional operational duties is required. Working Conditions This physically demanding role involves frequent movement—bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles. Work may be performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Handling multiple vehicles daily. Use of OSHA-approved waxes and cleaners. Frequent flexing of the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Clear oral communication and visual acuity are essential. Attention to detail for quality inspection. Work with urgency to respect customer time. Adherence to uniform and grooming standards. Compensation: Flat rate Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: At least 1 year of detailing experience A valid driver’s license and good driving record Quick learning ability Teamwork skills Ability to read and understand instructions Respect and care for customer vehicles Punctuality and focus during work hours Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles Availability on weekends and holidays as needed Commitment to punctuality and task completion Teph Seal is a drug-free workplace.
