Talent Acquisition Specialist at RICOH Latin America Location: Remote – candidates can be based anywhere in Colombia Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Online Administration & Development: Manage site collections (subsites, permissions), document libraries, lists, metadata, and build custom SPFx/web‑part solutions. Oversee migrations with SPMT, ShareGate, or Metalogix. Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and troubleshoot Nintex Classic & Responsive Forms, plugins, and workflows, plus Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and integrations with Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics 365. Power Apps Development: Create canvas apps from scratch with custom UI, integrate data (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse), write formulas, model data, and embed business logic workflows. Our ideal candidate should have experience with: Minimum of 5 years of experience using Nintex and/or doing SharePoint + PowerApps migrations. CSS and SharePoint Online Styles. Nintex Classic Forms (control alignments, script customizations, publishing). Nintex Responsive Forms (New). Nintex Plugin Design and development. Nintex Workflows. Sharegate knowledge.
