As a Logistics Load Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the loading and transportation of goods to ensure efficient delivery operations. Your primary focus will be on maximizing the use of space and resources while minimizing costs and delivery times.Key Responsibilities:Build loads in TMS and DAT load board postingsResolve and recovery issues with shipmentsTrack and trace shipments to ensure timely deliveryProvide customer service support via email and phoneCoordinate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth operationsMaintain accurate records of all shipping activitiesCommunicate with customers to provide updates on shipments and resolve any issuesMonitor carrier performance and make recommendations for improvementsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing transportation and logisticsSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a logistics load planner or similar roleExcellent at building loads in TMS and utilizing DAT Load Board postingsProven experience in resolving and recovering shipment issues, tracking and tracing, and customer service via email and phoneKnowledgeable in Freight Scheduling, Load Building, and using web portals- Bilingual is a plus!To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
