WHAT YOU’LL DO Attend all monthly meetings and send out invites. Take notes on action items for projects. Organize and hand off projects to the team via CU, ensuring deadlines are met. Set weekly calls with CSMs to review client progress. Update CSMs regularly on project statuses. Assist in onboarding clients by setting due dates, organizing client folders, and ensuring documentation is complete. Support internal tasks by working with the CGO and Department Directors, managing task requests, and coordinating resources. Conduct monthly audits on search and analytics tasks to ensure timely reporting. REQUIRED SKILLS 2 to 5 years of experience as a project manager. Knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology. Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and Asana. Experience in client-facing roles is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Understanding of digital strategies and organizational systems. Basic knowledge of branding and graphics. Team-oriented attitude.
