The incumbent must haveexpertise in digital workplace, network technology, servicemanagement, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and traditional datacenter. They are responsible for understanding user needs andtranslating them into functional requirements. The Analyst,Productivity Solutions works closely with development teams,designers, and stakeholders to ensure the product meets user needsand achieves business objectives. They must also structure andconfigure productivity solutions to optimize their use.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Participate in developingeffective communication application tools and support thedeployment of large-scale projects to improve working methods. 2.Develop and implement productivity solutions to streamlineoperations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gatherrequirements and ensure successful implementation of productivityinitiatives. 4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness ofimplemented solutions. 5. Provide training and support to end-userson new productivity tools and processes. 6. Create and maintaindocumentation for productivity solutions, including process mapsand technical specifications. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latestproductivity tools and best practices. 8. Design and implement newprocesses with the required organizational structure andconfiguration. 9. Provide IT support for issues escalated fromLevel 1 or Level 2. 10. Act as a partner, forming closerelationships for mutual success. 11. Maintain user credentials andaccess using corporate security standards. 12. Create and managethe resource library, including roadmaps, videos, FAQs, tips, knownissues, architecture documentation, and success stories.QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years ofexperience in a similar role is an asset. - Expertise in digitaltool management, including management tools, techniques,monitoring, and integration. - Strong understanding of productivitytools and best practices. - Experience with configurationmanagement, identity and access management, Active Directory,desktop virtualization, collaboration platforms, and other cloudservices. - Familiarity with SaaS applications and othertechnologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Copilot,SharePoint (on-premise and online), PowerPlatform, and various SaaStools for production, health and safety, performance. -Results-oriented and solution-focused, with strong customerorientation and adaptability to changing business priorities. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MSOffice, especially SharePoint, advanced Excel, and other cloudtools. - Ability to analyze and organize information intomeaningful patterns, identify causes and effects, and drawconclusions. - Organizational skills to prioritize and respondeffectively to project tasks and requests. - Numerical dexterityand ability to learn and utilize digital workspace technologies. -Understanding of cloud and networking best practices and guidingprinciples.
