We have been working for more than 5 years in the ecommerce sector. - Designing and developing websites - Managing online marketing - Creating and improving our booking engine (Central Reservation System, CRS) - Creating exclusive web content - Giving our clients an exclusive support. - Building integration with the main Channel Managers Job Summary We are looking for a good Product Owner to join our team in Medellin. We would be delighted to receive your CV if you can help us with the following tasks: - You are committed to working in an Agile environment and understand the responsibilities of a Product Owner (and what are NOT your responsibilities). - You have experience creating good User Stories and remarkable communication skills to effectively lead Product Backlog Refinement meetings. - You have a deep understanding of the logic behind online tourism business, especially in the accommodation area, which allows you to prioritize with criteria. - You are fully aware of the meaning of the following terms: PMS, CRS, CMS, Booking Engine. - You are capable of sending reports and providing visibility to stakeholders using Agile tools. - You enjoy answering your team's questions during the product construction phase. - You are committed to building high-quality products and services. Required Skills - Fluency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in other languages will be valued. - Previous experience in creating and developing a leading and differentiated product within the tourism industry. - You have good negotiation skills. Additionally, your ability to communicate priorities to stakeholders is exceptional, as well as your capacity to manage challenging situations. - You have good leadership skills, with prior relevant experience. - You have experience participating in developments involving SEO functionalities. - You have experience participating in corporate web design for hotels and the tourism industry in general with the relevant knowledge in mobile web development and mobile apps. - You have knowledge of booking engines and have proved experience in external integrations: booking engines, traffic reports....
