Collaborate with developers to identify test cases for automation. 3. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. 4. Analyze test results and track issue resolution. 5. Improve test automation frameworks and processes. 6. Mentor team members and assist in their skill development. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Manual and automated testing experience (Java and Selenium preferred). - Knowledge of quality concepts and the test pyramid. - Good communication, teamwork, and proficiency skills. - Advanced English skills.
