We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can excel in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with clients. This role involves talking to CEOs of SMBs, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on hiring strategies. You will need to be knowledgeable about marketing concepts such as Shopify, HubSpot, Google Ads, E-Commerce, and SEO. Responsibilities include: - Show up to meetings, make a great impression, and close deals - Work closely with our team to develop process changes and improve client relationships - Talk through strategies with clients and debate on what their best hiring decisions should be - Win those debates by showcasing your expertise and knowledge Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales - A minimum of 2 years as an Account Executive/Account Manager - In-depth marketing knowledge and exceptional communication skills - Ability to work in line with US East Coast hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and clients - Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to speak quickly We value quick-thinking individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
