**SALES EXECUTIVE - Job Description** **Paragon Global was established 18 years ago and is composed of a number of private organizations and NGOs. Training is at the center of all activities whether related to Internships, Project Management, Recruitment, and the English Language School. The Company has throughout the years assisted more than 45,000 students in their work placement needs and English language practice, participated in hundreds of European projects, and collaborated with hundreds of European institutions and collaborators.** **Brief** **The Company is looking for an experienced freelance Sales Executive to generate sales on a commission basis and have experience working with multinational companies in different industries.** **Responsibilities**: - **Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media**: - **Set up meetings with potential clients and ensure follow up calls**: - **Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services**: - **Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data**: - **Negotiate/close deals**: - **Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results**: - **Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams**: - **Coordinate all efforts to meet targets**: - **Embrace the daily/weekly and monthly targets as established by the Company**: - **Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new services/products**: - **Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement**: - **Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales**: - **Ensure proper updating and recording on the Company’s CRM system**: - **Collaborate with other senior representatives of the Company**: - **Attend ad-hoc and/or planned meetings as requested** **Requirements**: - **Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Executive**: - **Experience in the closure of sales with multinational companies**: - **Experience in closing high value deals with clients**: - **Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel**: - **In-depth understanding of the sales and negotiating techniques**: - **Fast learner and passion for sales**: - **Self-motivated with a results-driven approach**: - **Excellent interpersonal skills**: - **Strong analytical and organizational skills**: - **Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude**: - **Proficiency in the English Language is a must (minimum C2 level is required)**: - **BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field** **Conditions - Commission Basis Only (10%); Freelance Basis** **Job Type**: Part-time **Experience**: - Sales Executives: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Remotely: - Yes
