The position is responsible for managing and coordinating the onboarding and project timelines for various marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email/SMS, and offline initiatives. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, client-facing roles, or marketing. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday) and methodologies. - Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. - Experience with project management software and CRM platforms. - Familiarity with marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and client onboarding processes. - Certifications in project management or marketing are a plus, but not required. Responsibilities - Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through regular reviews and product testing. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful project implementation and integration. - Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring they align with scope and timelines. Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track. - Engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners to gather essential items, provide updates, and manage expectations. - Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and time management strategies. - Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of deliverables. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline workflows as needed. - Maintain a high level of organization, documentation, attention to detail, excellent work output and positive attitude towards client, internal teams, and external partners. - Respond to and acknowledge client communications promptly.
