As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in aligning teams and resources to support the execution of the TMS program. You’ll design and develop solutions that support decision-making in global supply chain operations. Your focus will be on building and implementing data models, queries, and reports throughout the full project lifecycle—from concept to rollout. Data domains include: Demand & Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Outbound & Inbound Logistics, and Order Fulfilment. This is a remote position in Bogotá, Colombia. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Support the monthly, quarterly, annual and 5 year Strategic Plan for the GCO organization - Provide monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and cost reports, dashboard KPIs, for the GCO functions - Provide cost center budget and headcount planning, reporting and variance analysis support for Regional Deployment, the Leadership Office, Commercial Excellence and Commercial Strategy leaders. - Perform and analyze financial modeling, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements. Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Data Analytics preferred on Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing. - Domain different programing languages and applications to process and gather information from multiple applications (Preferred SAP experience) - Experience in a large-scale, highly matrixed, global environment with multiple operating units managing both centrally to aligned common standards and locally when needed, with deep and broad experience leading large and small projects in multiple functions - Fluent in English Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
