**Purpose of this Position.** Provide academic and basic technical support to teachers that are adopters of Pearson products and services. **Key Responsibilities.** To provide academic and basic technical support to teachers about Pearson products and services with total customer-oriented attitude. **Main Challenges** - Increasing knowledge and skill when circumstances call for additional learning. - Working on tasks requiring great attention to details. - Receiving rewards or recognition for expertise in technical or other specialized skill areas. - Developing and maintaining ongoing working relationships requiring personal interaction and mutual support. - Performing clearly defined, stable work assignments with established goals and procedures. - Emphasis on constantly improving processes, products, and services, and exploring innovative ways to do the job. - Emphasis on understanding, meeting, and exceeding customer needs, and maximizing customer satisfaction. - Willingness to consider change and to adapt; modification of job and roles within an organization to adapt to change. - Encouragement of an environment in which individuals have a sense of ownership and influence over their work. - Emphasis on the production of high-quality goods and services. **Qualifications and/or Experience** - 3 years of experience as an English Teacher - B2/C1 Level of English - Knowledge of current ELL trends and technology - Digital skills, understanding of Online Learning and all relevant IT programmes and digital product awareness - Relationship building skills - We are the world’s learning company with more than 24,000 employees operating in 70 countries.
