Job Description: We are seeking a Category & Channel Development Manager to lead the development and growth of our category and channel in Traditional off trade channels. About the Role: This role involves owning the strategic vision and designing the commercial growth plan for how our brands unlock and drive growth opportunities within Traditional off trade channels, ensuring effective execution and mid & long-term commercial impact. - Identify insights and Channel-Category trends with an end-to-end view to ensure efficient channel & Category development. - Translate those drivers into 3Y-Channel Business Plan; ensuring integration with shopper development and RGM drivers, resulting in a single, aligned commercial plan. - Identify whitespaces opportunities in terms of DIAGEO's brands input into category plans (innovation, format, usage occasion) that drive future growth in the channel.
