Our mission is to be the most helpful digital marketing agency for contractors, driven by our core principles of being helpful, proactive, attentive, and continuously innovative. **The Role** **Key Responsibilities** - Set up and manage workflows in Zapier, including creating advanced automations and custom integrations. - Utilize GoHighLevel to configure and maintain client accounts, campaigns, and automations. - Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize processes and create efficiencies. - Assist in the onboarding of new clients by integrating their software and processes into our systems. - Collaborate on creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the software division. - Proactively identify areas for improvement in both the Integration Process and Boomerang Platform itself. - Coordinate and run internal team meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through on action items. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. - Take ownership of delegated tasks and act as a trusted partner to the division leader. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role. - Proficiency with Zapier and GoHighLevel - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create and manage SOPs. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment. - Experience working with using API Documentation - Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools. - Experience working in a marketing or software environment. - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, able to bridge gaps with internal teams and clients. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. **We Offer** - A remote working environment with flexible hours (however, must be able to work close to the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST timeframe) - A supportive and innovative team that values learning and growth. - Starting salary between $1,500 - $2,000 USD/Month - Opportunities for professional development and advancement. **HOW TO APPLY** Please submit your resume and a link to a brief video explaining why you are an ideal fit for our SaaS Integrations Specialist.
