Transforming client businesses through search campaigns is a key aspect of this role. As a Senior Search Analyst, you will be responsible for running and activating search campaigns, guiding team members to improve their technical goals, and having direct contact with worldwide agencies. If you are passionate about digital transformation, cross-team communication, and the digital ecosystem, this could be the right opportunity for you. - Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization - Proactively identify clients' growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens. - Assist in Search and Digital Media training sessions. - Oversee the development, rollout, and adherence to search media best practices. - Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within the company, while working on your daily tasks. - Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. - Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives. - Research keywords and forecast search volumes, cost rates & engagement rates for upcoming plans, planning product launches and campaigns. - Running the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance - Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle Required skills include English level B2 or above, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field, intermediate Excel knowledge, and advance expertise in two or more Search platforms such as Google, Bing and SA360 (campaign management/optimization knowledge). A strong communication skillset, result-oriented approach, attention to details, analytical skills, previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns, in-depth knowledge of search platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape, strong teamwork and client orientation skills, strong analytical skills, strong knowledge managing media planning tools, and intermediate knowledge on reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power Bi and/or Datorama are also required.
