We are looking for an E-Business Specialist at Essity to lead the process of digital strategy and operation for some of the group's brands based on business objectives. The successful candidate will propose, innovate, question, seek opportunities, and constantly improve the digital strategies proposed for the brand to achieve established indicators. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will lead the digital planning and operation process of businesses through the analysis of behavioral patterns, frequency of publications, data analysis, investment, and creative recommendations, media, results analysis, and strategy reorientation. They will advise on digital strategy to brands to identify problems, opportunities, and propose different alternatives for solutions, integrating all areas and strategic allies involved in the process. The specialist will conduct digital market research, identify needs, and consumer behavior in each category to detect insights that help connect the campaign and creative idea with the feelings and knowledge of the client. They will follow up on the brand indicators in different channels (owned, Earned, and Paid) hand in hand with the analytics area and media agency. The E-Business Specialist will ensure correct identification of opportunities, insights, and compliance with indicators proposed in the strategy. They will review the communication plans of our Web Shops in all countries of the region to identify opportunities for improvement in digital indicators. Additionally, they will propose improvement actions, experiments, and follow up on their results. The specialist will advise on the design of communication plans for third-party e-commerce. They will ensure efficient digital investment in different media and design action plans that allow us to improve the execution of guidelines. Finally, the E-Business Specialist will review the indicators and performance of creatives, as well as monitor the performance of each paid channel and brand campaign. Requirements The ideal candidate must be a marketing/advertising professional with more than 3 years of experience in digital commerce and online marketing strategies. They must possess strong analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer behavior to drive effective business decisions. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, as well as a deep knowledge of e-commerce technologies, is required. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams in English (B2 level).
