As a **Back Office Support**, you will meet compliance protocols, both internal and external, in accordance with US government agencies’ regulations.. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: - Creates all documentation required for cargo export according to established guidelines, processes, and procedures. - Opens files and ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational system. - Confirms that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking and bill of lading. - Maintains knowledge of changing tariffs, tariff rates, contracts, and special rates. - Ensures communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstanding among parties. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: - Believe and love what you do. - Teamwork. - Negotiation skills. Minimum requirements: - Studies: High School Degree. - Experience: at least 6 months in costumer service or related fileds - Language: Advanced English B2 - B2+ Perks: - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
