Job Title: Part time Human Resources Coordinator Job Description: We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR support. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding) Support employee relations and conflict resolution Maintain and update HR records and employee databases Assist with performance management Coordinate training sessions and compliance tracking Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (for equivalent experience) 2 years + of experience in recruitment and personnel management Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (English C1 Level - Fluent) Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Work location: Initial weeks remote, transitioning to on-site in Northern Bogotá, Colombia.
