We are looking for a Salesforce Front-End Developer to deliver scalable, high-quality components within the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional teams while adhering to coding standards, security practices, and project timelines. Position Title: Mid to Senior Salesforce Frontend Developer Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Front-End Developer to support ongoing development efforts in alignment with established tools and standards. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team including Engineering Leads, Scrum Masters, and UI/UX Designers to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end components within the Salesforce ecosystem. Candidates must ensure coding standards, security practices, and project timelines are consistently met. Key responsibilities include: Develop new user-facing features to enhance the overall user experience Build reusable code and libraries to support future development efforts Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during implementation Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers Validate all user input before submitting data to the back-end Collaborate closely with team members, including backend developers and QAs, to deliver high-quality solutions Generate clear and concise documentation for all developed projects Use markup languages like HTML to create intuitive, user-friendly web pages Maintain and continuously improve website functionality and performance Gather user and customer feedback to build effective, user-centered solutions Write detailed functional requirement documents and user guides Assist backend developers with front-end integration, coding, and troubleshooting Ensure all designs align with high-quality graphic standards and maintain brand consistency Requirements & Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: 2+ years of experience with core Salesforce technologies Hands-on development using Lightning Components to create reusable, responsive UI elements Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building modern, high-performance front-end interfaces Experienced in writing Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to implement business logic and integrations Skilled in creating and managing Custom Objects to support unique business requirements Familiar with Salesforce administration, including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations BS in Computer Science or related field, providing a solid foundation in software development principles Preferred experience with the following technologies: MuleSoft, Anypoint Community Manager and Visualforce Soft skills Proficient written and reading comprehension in English (B2 +) Strong organizational skills and the willingness to produce supporting technical documentation Collaborative personality Great teamwork skills Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions Ability to take initiative and think outside the box Strong, communicative personality Sense of responsibility Friendly and collaborative Creativity Why you will love Lean Tech: Join a powerful tech workforce and help us change the world through technology Professional development opportunities with international customers Collaborative work environment Career paths and mentorship programs that will lead to new levels.
