We're Hiring: Full Stack Engineer Location: Bogotá Division: Platform Engineering About the Role Are you a tech wizard ready to craft scalable, secure, and event-driven back-end magic? Join Traffic Tech's Cortex Architecture Team and help power Cortex OS – our AI-native Freight Operating System that transforms quotes into cash through seamless automation. In this role, you'll blend back-end engineering brilliance, DevOps mastery, and security development expertise to build next-gen infrastructure and workflows for high-volume, AI-powered logistics. You'll work on event-driven systems, elastic Kubernetes environments, and secure orchestration pipelines – all while collaborating with a passionate, innovative team. What You'll Do Architect and build API-first back-end services with FastAPI, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and gRPC. Design event-driven microservices for Quote-to-Cash workflows, integrating vector databases for large-scale semantic search. Lead GitOps CI/CD deployments with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform across multi-environment Kubernetes (AKS). Implement RBAC, mTLS, OAuth2, and vulnerability scanning for secure, compliant systems. Build observability dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry. Collaborate with AI Core teams to integrate model orchestration and inference routing. What We're Looking For 5+ years in back-end/full stack engineering with expertise in Python, FastAPI, Kafka, and gRPC. 3+ years in DevOps with Kubernetes/AKS, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions. 2+ years in secure development (SecDev) in compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, CCM, ISO). Proficient in RBAC, OAuth2, Vault secrets, mTLS, and security scanning tools (Trivy, Snyk). Hands-on with vector databases, large-scale pipelines, and container orchestration. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in agile environments. Nice to Have Experience with AI-native platforms, RAG integrations, or blockchain traceability. Familiarity with Q2C logistics flows, EDI standards, or smart contract automation. Cloud security or Kubernetes certifications (Azure Security Engineer, CKAD). Why Join Us?
