You’ll also play a direct role in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing advertising campaigns, and delivering reports that guide decision-making. **What You’ll Do** - **Social Media & Content Creation**: Write and manage high-quality social media content aligned with client goals. - **Digital Strategy Development**: Assist in crafting and executing social media and digital strategies that deliver results. - **Advertising Management**: Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to achieve client KPIs. - **Marketing Strategy & Blogs**: Create marketing strategies and write engaging blogs that support client objectives. - **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and deliver detailed, actionable reports. - **Project Coordination**: Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met by coordinating activities across teams. - **Client Communication**: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing updates and recommendations. - Experience with **GoHighLevel** is a strong asset. - Graphic design experience is an asset - experience in **Adobe CS** is an asset **What We’re Looking For** **Qualifications**: - Must be able to work from 9am - 6pm MST - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - **Minimum 2-3 years of agency experience** is required. - Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing strategies, and performance metrics. **Key Competencies**: - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. - Strong English written and verbal communication abilities. - Analytical mindset focused on achieving and managing KPIs. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **What Success Looks Like** You’ll know you’re succeeding when you: - Deliver impactful digital campaigns that achieve client KPIs. - Maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams. - Contribute to client satisfaction and account growth through strategic support. **Top 3 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: - Campaign Performance and ROI - Client Satisfaction and Retention - Accuracy and Timeliness of Reports **Why Join 12 Creative?** At 12 Creative, we’re passionate about creativity, collaboration, and delivering results.
