We connect people, goods, and services to create a better world. Job Summary The Experimentation & Analytics team drives Rappi's most strategic initiatives through data-driven experimentation. Our mission is to generate insights and frameworks that guide decision-making, maximizing revenue, user value, and operational efficiency for users, couriers, and merchants alike. Main Responsibilities 1. Experimentation Execution: Own and drive analytical initiatives, especially A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and regional teams to guide decision-making through data. 3. Analytics Tooling: Use SQL and data visualization tools to develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and ad hoc analyses. 4. Planning Prioritization: Contribute to quarterly planning by building business cases, supporting OKRs, and tracking performance through KPIs and weekly targets. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or experimentation. - Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently. - Extensive knowledge of SQL and ability to work with large datasets. - Track record of taking ownership of analytical projects. - Experience conducting A/B tests and interpreting results.
