Country Brand Lead Oncology ROLE SUMMARY - Develops and executes portfolio strategies to meet local market needs. - Leads the lifecycle management for oncology products, including launch and guarantee processes. - Utilizes deep market, customer, patient, and competitor insights to drive portfolio strategies and decision-making. - Collaborates with global and regional brand teams to develop and deliver regional initiatives and programs. - Reports directly to the Oncology Category Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES - Defines local priorities for brands, including pre-launch plans for oncology pipeline products. - Provides local insights and brand feedback to internal stakeholders, including local, regional, and global teams. - Forecasts portfolio performance, tracks progress towards targets, and participates in revenue adjustments throughout the year during the LE process. - Develops and owns the local omnichannel strategy and commercial tactics in collaboration with content and channel managers. - Selects and customizes promotional materials from regional content, manages approval, and ensures successful roll-out. - Exercises cross-functional brand leadership across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws, and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Understanding of the healthcare environment and background in oncology or high-cost molecules is essential. - Strategic vision, analytical skills, and ability to execute with accuracy are necessary. - Strong relationship-building skills across departments, excellent communication skills, and influence negotiation at all levels. - Exceptional prioritization ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in complex environments. - Excellent time-management, organization, and self-motivation skills are required. - Proven experience in marketing is essential for this role.
