Internal Project Management (IPM) monitors and ensures projects for internal customers are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. It includes implementing process improvements to reduce development time and assisting in integrating complex business factors to develop long-term strategic plans. • Leads key and less complex projects that contribute to business or operational impact, such as streamlining processes and tools for efficiency across functions, regions, or local operations. • Responsible for project execution performance, focusing on financial and operational KPIs like cost, timelines, revenue, and project assets. • Interfaces with key stakeholders at business leadership levels. • Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, and services. • Possesses in-depth organizational and market knowledge, leveraging understanding for integration to achieve objectives. • Contributes to strategic decisions within the professional area. • Conducts thorough risk management. • Solves complex problems using analytical thinking and judgment. • Contributes to the development of concepts guiding the professional direction of the organizational unit. • Acts as a professional leader within teams or task forces, often as the most senior specialist or recognized expert. • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risks, and complexity, managing day-to-day staffing and resource allocation. The position will focus on planning and coordinating delivery activities, emphasizing Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance, including tasks such as: - Project technical leadership - Project setup & planning - Team coordination - Risk analysis & mitigation - Project execution - Status reporting: achievements, progress, issues, next steps - Customer-facing activities - R&D; interface - Technical review of relevant documents (HLD/LLD/SVS-Test strategy/ATP/MOP) - Test & Acceptance coordination Qualifications include: - Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree in Telecommunication or Electronics & Communication Engineering - Advanced English proficiency - Experience with application integration projects, especially in multi-BD or complex projects - Basic knowledge of Policy software solutions based on 5780DSC/SPS-P/NPC - Experience in SW Telco solution development and/or integration - Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL) - Competence in TCP/IP & protocols like Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, SNMP - Cloud knowledge (VNF, CNF) & related products (CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM) or platform VMware/OpenStack - Familiarity with Payment systems, Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE & IMS - Experience with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks - Advanced English, leadership, reporting, team-working, customer focus, analytical mindset Join us to create technology that helps the world act together.
