Position Title:Senior Business Analyst/Technical Analyst Location: Remote -Colombia What you will be doing: We are seeking a proactive andself-starting Business Analyst with strong English communicationskills who can independently manage requirements for multipleprojects while collaborating with stakeholders and deliveringcomprehensive reports. Key responsibilities include: 1. Verifyscope and stakeholder involvement during program intake, ensuringclarity on objectives and needs. 2. Develop a requirementsgathering plan independently, using critical thinking to createeffective approaches. 3. Communicate confidently in English withvarious audiences, including leadership and cross-functional teams.4. Facilitate working sessions to present program objectives andidentify business needs, ensuring alignment. 5. Build relationshipsand interact directly with business owners, leadership, and teamsto identify and interpret requirements. 6. Document businessrequirements, assumptions, and expectations following industry bestpractices. 7. Transfer knowledge effectively to the developmentteam for proper execution of requirements. 8. Trace requirementsthroughout the project lifecycle to ensure objectives are met. 9.Create and deliver regular status reports on project progress andmilestones. 10. Collaborate with program and delivery leaders toensure timely project delivery. 11. Manage multiple assignmentsindependently, maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-pacedenvironment. 12. Proactively address issues and manage tasks withinset timelines. 13. Experience with Telecommunications operations,especially in Cable and Internet, in engineering, technology, andsoftware development is a plus. Requirements & QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess: 1. Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English, with confidence in engagingstakeholders. 2. Proven ability to work autonomously and managemultiple tasks with minimal supervision. 3. Strong criticalthinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to developstructured plans. 4. Experience in documenting and creating clear,actionable business requirements. 5. Ability to build strongrelationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders andtechnical teams. 6. Telecommunications experience (Cable andInternet), especially in engineering and technology, is preferred.7. Proven track record of delivering business requirements on timeand within scope. 8. Strong requirement traceability skills toensure objectives are met. 9. Experience with program and projectmanagement methodologies is advantageous. 10. Client-facingexperience with facilitation and decision-driving skills.
