Morgan. **Role Responsibilities**: Ownership of specific product portfolio, new initiatives management, design product characteristics, manage investment forecasts and risk assessments, think broadly and innovatively when designing a product or a process considering significant product differentiators for the local market and value add to clients. Anticipates impact of internal and external factors and implement specific plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Manage the regulatory agenda as well as design processes to comply with local regulation and control risk, capitalize on opportunities and identifies investment areas for Payments' products and secure necessary buy-in and budget to pursue them. **Key Accountabilities** - Manage the development of product enhancements - Mange regulatory agenda - Build/Review all related product design documents to ensure the required product features and functionalities are built according to the business requirements and according to JP Morgan's methodology and in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. - Identify and analyze risk and set proper controls and procedures to mitigate it. - Products launch; clean controls, processes, market requirements, scorecard and P&L;, internal controls and requirements for go live assurance. - Participate in the annual planning process for CCM & Liquidity. Co-ordinate the preparation, syndication and loading of budget, in concert with local and global stakeholders - Assist in day-to-day product operation - Manage significant day-to-day product issues. Will be involved in problem solving if a service is not working the way it was positioned - Manage all implementation steps of a strategic initiatives translating business requirements into functional specs, having on-going project meetings with technology on all new initiatives and providing documentation for Investment Proposal process, legal, taxes, credit and any other required topic. - Create and keep strong relations with support areas and stakeholders in order to effectiveness on the whole product life cicly. - Support new product (New Business Initiative Approval / NBIA) sign-off. **Qualifications** Skills and Experience Required: - Ideally 5-15 years in Cash Management product or related experience, and demonstrable familiarity with key Core Cash Management business or related products - Solid knowledge and expertise of local market, regulations, players, and horizon - Strong analytical/ problem solving skills - Strong written and oral communications - Strong negotiation skills - Shows leadership potential in either clients or senior management situations Fluent in English Behavioral Competencies: - Ability to influence other teams - Establishes rapport and trust with support areas; Persistent commercial acumen: - Understands and grows the strategic business vision - Judgement to assess and manage business risks - Prioritizes according to business objectives Strong delivery focus: - Action-orientated problem-solver - Willingness to take responsibility - Leverages virtual teams and nurtures a large network - Attention to detail Pro-active in taking the initiat
