NCHC is recruiting for a Global Services Data & Analytics Lead with their Global Services organization. Global Services is the global shared services organization supporting multifunctional services delivery. They perform select functional work in a consistent manner across regions using simplified, standardized end-to-end processes and state-of-the-art technology. They are trusted business partners who deliver increasing value by creating and sustaining globally standard world-class services. This role will report to the Global Services Operations & Enablement Leader in the Finance organization. The role will be primarily responsible for building reporting, data, and analytics strategy and operations across the cross-functional Global Services organization. In close partnership with IT and other functional data leaders, GS Data & Analytics will be accountable to drive the delivery of a data approach that connects GS Service Data with the overall Consumer Data strategy. **Key Responsibilities**: - Deliver strategy and vision for the GS Service delivery data function, shaping the evolution of data for the GS organization. - Deliver data and analytics strategy & design, identify business process & systems landscape to support at scale - Build reporting, data, and analytics strategy and operations - Partner cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, and Finance to enable reliable data capabilities - Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability within the organization and across cross-functional partners to optimize effectiveness and efficiency - Provide strategic data & analytics approach to acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other integrations and TSA services, as required - Partner with service delivery to develop and provide management reporting tools - Lead management reporting such as quarterly/monthly business reviews. - Provide leadership in service management, service catalog management, and process improvement framework/tools as required - Lead reporting, analytics & data strategy in support of transformation, A&D;, and new scope expansion as required - Attract, integrate, and retain a highly competent, motivated, and diverse team. **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or IT - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries is required - A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leadership role reporting & analytics delivery, IT, or related projects. - 3 years experience building reporting, data, and analytics, or MDM strategy and operations in a service environment - Prior people management experience is required including a proven track record of developing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment and leading change through ambiguity and complexity - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to shape the vision and communicate vision across various forums and broad, diverse audiences to build buy-in - Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management capability within the organization and across cross-functional partners to optimize effectiveness and efficiency **Preferred Competencies**: - MBA or master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related advanced degree - Ability to provide strategic data & analytics approach to acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other integrations and TSA services. - Par
