We are expanding our LATAM team and seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales organization in Colombia. This is a fast-paced, outbound-driven role designed for individuals eager to grow in a dynamic technology sales environment. You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), joining vendor calls, scheduling meetings, and learning how to pitch innovative IT solutions. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development. This position is remote with occasional local collaboration in Colombia. English fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory - ability to interact with vendors and internal global stakeholders.
