At Panagora Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Qualitative Research Specialist to join our team for the USAID/Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activity. As part of this dynamic project, you will be responsible for designing qualitative instruments, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the evaluation team leader in preparing reports and presentations. The MEL activity provides technical and advisory services to USAID in monitoring, performance and impact assessments, research, data analysis, GIS, and collaboration, learning, and adaptation tasks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in evaluating the achievements of USAID's activities, interventions, products, and results according to the work plans and theory of change. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the evaluation design, including the construction of indicators, qualitative data collection methods, and an analysis plan. - Designing qualitative instruments for data collection. - Ensuring the quality of qualitative data collection. - Supporting the coding process, from training the coding team to elaborating the analysis plan for generating inputs (reports and qualitative visualizations) to analyze the information. - Supporting the qualitative analysis for deliverables with corresponding qualitative evidence annexes.
