We are currently seeking an ambitious **Project Manager** to support the leadership team in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects with our team in Buenos Aires. As a project manager at Design Force, you are responsible for working directly with clients, managing projects, coordinating designers to ensure high quality and meet client deadlines. You are strong at organization, problem-solving, stellar communicator, and have the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced creative environment while utilizing the utmost discretion. You play an important role in developing and furthering relationships with employees, clients, and contacts and serving as a dependable liaison. **What You’ll Do**: - Lead project planning sessions to define project goals and objectives, determine timelines, define tasks, and outline necessary resources - Manage and assign projects to designers - Monitor the progress of projects, including addressing issues that may arise and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time - Use ClickUp to coordinate, manage & report different elements of the project - Report regularly to management and relevant stakeholders on the progress of the project, challenges, decisions, and alterations to deliverables - Work with key stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation - Promote high quality standards to ensure Client satisfaction - Track and manage client and designer project hours - Optimize and improve processes, identify growth opportunities, and initiate new projects as agreed by the leadership team - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps as needed to help improve future projects - Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency **What You Should Have**: - 4-5+ years of project management experience - Has experience working in a fast paced startup, preferably in a design agency - Problem solver at heart, finding innovative ways to drive growth - Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills - Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ClickUp, Trello, Google Suite Applications **What’s In Store For You**: - Competitive salary - 100% Remote Work Environment - Company incentives/rewards - Access to training resources (i.e. design tools and etc) - Participation in internal and external company events (i.e. culture building, workshops, etc.) - Free Lunch every Monday (a.k.a.
