We are searching the best talent for **BUF Finance Analyst (Fixed-Term - until Dec/24) **to be in **Bogotá.** **Purpose**: BUF Analyst: Reviews and provides financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidation for LAN. **You will be responsible for**: - Performs financial activities using guidelines for budgeting, forecasting and actuals analysis and consolidations, mainly focused on investments as well as any other topics assigned. - Maintains appropriate databases and reports, to monitor, forecast and report investments and opex, acting as an investment service center. - Assists in the preparation of special reports and analyses. - Serves as a finance business partner for assigned therapeutic area. - Develops financial models and analyzes for business cases. - Assists in preparing recommendations for policies, procedures, controls or actions that will drive costs & process improvements. - In charge of maintaining SOPs and DCMs. - Collaborates with GS Finance, FP&A; CoE and other functions and stakeholders. - Supports BUF with administrative activities and also like finance liaison with other areas. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar. - Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years of experienced is required. - Knowledge in Accounting or Financial Planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required. **Required skills**: - Analytical and numerical skills. - Data management and software skills (advanced excel). - Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills. - Hands on. - Attention to detail. - Interested on commercial finance. - Knowkedge of SAP is a plus. - Required languages: Advanced English. - **Fixed-Term Position: Until Dec/24** **Being part of Johnson & Johnson can change everything, including YOU** Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
