Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven CRM Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, sales operations, and client service. You will support both the pre- and post-sales experience, helping to increase retention, drive loyalty, and boost sales performance. This is a critical role in ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every client touchpoint. Responsibilities Manage and enhance customer relationships to improve satisfaction and long-term retention. Support the sales team in executing strategies and handling post-sales follow-up. Utilize CRM platforms and ERP systems to track customer engagement, lead progress, and the sales pipeline. Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, speed, and clarity. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Generate and interpret CRM data and sales performance reports to identify trends and suggest improvements. Monitor KPIs related to customer success and provide regular insights to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in sales support, CRM management, or customer service. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and contribute to sales growth. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
