We’re looking for new members of our Automation and Analytics Support team to help us with resolving customer inquiries related to existing automation solutions. We use Alteryx, Python, PowerBI, and other leading technologies to redesign processes using core Automation principles: efficiency, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Responsibilities: Incident resolution for Python and Alteryx-based automation solutions Incident analysis, debugging, and testing Cooperation with developers and architects Communication and support to solution end users Process and solution improvement identification and implementation Support month-end close processes Position type: Full-Time (Home based) What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree – preferably in IT, Finance, Maths, or Economics Proficient user in Python Experience in Alteryx is an advantage Strong communication skills Quick adaptation to a dynamically changing environment and flexibility Analytical mindset & problem-solving skills Experience working in SSC environment – an advantage Leading Technology Stack: Python (Pandas and Selenium are a must) Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core certification – nice to have) Business or Automation Experience in the following ERP Systems would be an asset: SAP, Peoplesoft, Coupa, ServiceNow Skills in the following technologies are not required but will be considered an advantage: SQL, Power Excel, VBA Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision Microsoft Power Platform RPA (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Java, API Development IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
