Job Overview This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to TalentoHC, including recruitment, compliance, and payroll administration. The successful candidate will be experienced in HR operations and have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to support business objectives - Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on HR-related matters - Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Payroll and Benefits Administration - Coordinate payroll processing, including managing deductions, inclusions, and compliance - Administer benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and align with industry trends - Handle ongoing benefits and compensation updates, including open enrollment communications Compliance and Administration - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Manage external correspondence, including employment verifications, child support, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation inquiries Facilities Management - Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing of correspondence and packages Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - 3–5 years of HR experience, including onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits - Comprehensive health insurance plan - Retirement savings plan - Professional development opportunities About Us TalentoHC is a leading provider of talent and organizational solutions dedicated to helping businesses succeed.
