At least 2 years in B2B sales, ideally with ERP, iPaaS, or similar software . Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools. Full professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Familiarity with solutions like Celigo, Boomi, or Oracle NetSuite preferred. Qualities: Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Proven ability to handle multiple roles and build lasting client relationships. Your Day-to-Day Impact Main Duties: Drive sales activities to achieve metrics, including selling iPaaS licenses and professional services. Identify, scope, and close new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Acquire 10 new clients monthly, focusing on high-value enterprise deals ($10K–$25K order value). Start with 75 Oracle-gifted accounts and expand to 150, balancing account management with acquisition. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Engage with partners, prospects, and clients to sell licensing and professional services. Generate quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Update and manage the CRM system for seamless alignment. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Mentor and support new sales team members.
