What you'll do As a ServiceNow Merge Business Analyst , you will be responsible for managing the consolidation of two companies in a Merger and Acquisition scenario. What do we value? Key Responsibilities: Proficiently merge two instances and manage the consolidation of two companies in a Merger and Acquisition scenario. The parent company will take over the new ServiceNow environment. Necessary skills and experience required: Knowledge of how processes interact with ServiceNow, providing expertise in specific processes or functional domains. Experience in designing and managing business and ServiceNow process procedures and work instructions, along with continual improvement. Understanding of how processes integrate and operate across the enterprise. Best practices in process and functional areas. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
