What You Can Expect Responsible for driving and supporting reporting for the Global Business Services (GBS) organization covering aspects of Project Management, Data Management, Data Integrity, Reporting and Dashboard. Foster positive relationships with support functional areas to obtain required data in timely manner. Understand and capture business requirements effectively, perform complex data analyses, create pertinent flows and documents, and develop and/or facilitate development of Analytics solutions based on comprehensive research and techno functional expertise. How You'll Create Impact - Understand and capture business requirements effectively through documentation, flow charts, business blueprints etc. - Perform effective analytics on the domain data and suggest potential improvements in processes or systems where or as applicable. - Acquire data, blend and harmonize data for analytical purpose/s. - Build, drive and use Power BI dashboards/solutions to present data that could be easily understood at different levels in the organization including C suite executives - Prepare and reconcile regular reports to ensure sanity and credibility of ITC analytical solutions - Perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and timely distribution - Drive improvements to operational KPI’s / metrics, through support on ongoing operational process - Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders across all business segments/regions. - Build and maintain Excel templates and tools according to project needs - Quickly Respond to requests assigned by the Management team - Provide administrative support to project managers and team leaders as applicable - Exude Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and analytical skills - Maintain projects documentation and deliverables - Influence the entire end to end process when needed.
