As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Execute and structure Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) projects. - Agilely review and understand the information provided by the client for the development of projects; - Coordinate and attend client meetings/interviews/workshops in a timely manner; and - Design and develop project deliverables, aligned to best practices and addressing feedback from the project QA and the client - Complying with work schedule, deadlines and quality of deliverables - Technical structuring of commercial service proposals - Develop innovative ERM services - Support administrative functions of the area **How this opportunity is different** Aon offers you work flexibility with a hybrid methodology, you can work from the comfort of your home as in the office where you will meet a team that lives in a warm and friendly working climate. This role will be directly related to different countries, providing knowledge and experience **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Experience: 4 years in enterprise risk management. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of ISO31000 and other risk management standards - Studies and/or specialties: Professional graduate in industrial engineering, systems or electronic engineering, business administration, economics, finance, international business or related. Languages: English B2 desirable but not required. - Technological tools: Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent.
