Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position**:In this role you will assist the Talent Acquisition department to ensure all activities related to Mondelez recruiting process are completed in a timely manner. **Main Responsibilities**: - Use case management tool to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion - Keep constant communication with vendors regarding background check progress and escalate cases to leadership as needed - Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors the processes for background check completion with vendors - Coordinate pre-day 1 activities with Hiring Manager and communicate the day 1 logistics to the new hire - Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors Workday for background check completion and pre-day 1 activities - Processes referral bonus for Mondelez employees - Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in Workday to prevent downstream data issues in our HR systems - Provide guidance and track the accuracy of the new hires information in Workday system - Support the dispatch of the tickets, New hires laptop requests, and conversion of contractor to employees’ process. - Support and create internal offer letters for promotions and lateral moves. **Job specific requirements**: - Intermediate - Advanced English - Experience working in a virtual environment using supporting systems (Example: Case Management tools, Workday, Service Now etc) is desired - 1 year experience in Human Resources roles (preferred) - Excellent customer service and communication skills **No Relocation support available**: **Business Unit Summary**: **Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
