Purpose & Overall Relevance for the FashionUnited Group: This role is responsible for maximizing profitability by developing commercial marketing strategies, impacting Traffic, Conversion, and Profit Margin across store formats through flawless CRM, Marketing Campaigns, Promotions, Activations, and Instore Communication. Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling sales and marketing initiatives within key partners to drive brand awareness, market share, and sell-through. This role manages in-store communication, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, logistics, and clients for flawless marketing moments. Key Responsibilities: · Execute the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with local and regional departments · Develop tactical activations and promotions across store formats based on seasonality and commercial opportunities, driving conversion and flawless execution · Coordinate campaign and in-store communications tools production with agencies/suppliers · Monitor and control campaign material quality, ensuring high standards from suppliers · Ensure digital content like online video, music, and marketing iPads are up-to-date and functioning properly · Support new store openings with 360-degree activation plans · Develop Retail CRM marketing materials complementing existing campaigns and delivering a positive ROI · Analyze campaign performance, events, and activations, providing feedback to Region Retail Marketing · Be knowledgeable about store targets and performance, co-owning Retail KPIs like Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Net Sales, and Profit Margin Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: · 2 Years of experience in a related field
