About the Role We are looking for a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the transformation and development of our HR operations in Colombia and LATAM. In this critical role, you will establish and execute an HR strategy that aligns with Xebia's mission and growth objectives. As the key HR connection in Colombia, you will build robust HR processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you will play a critical role in shaping a robust organizational culture that fosters employee engagement. This role requires a hands-on expert who can manage the day-to-day HR needs while also contributing to strategic business decisions as a trusted advisor to leadership. What You’ll Do HR Operations Drive HR operations in Colombia and LATAM, including employee contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws. Manage HR partners to ensure efficient operations, aligning in-house processes, vendor services, and Xebia’s global framework. Develop and implement a unified HR strategy tailored to the region’s needs while adhering to Xebia’s mission of Authority . Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are accessible, understandable, and compliant. Talent Acquisition Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to define competitive salary benchmarks and compensation packages that attract top-tier talent. Support recruitment by guiding employment contracts, benefits, and legal compliance. Evolve Xebia’s brand in LATAM to position our company as an employer of choice. Employee Relations and Culture Serve as the key HR contact for all employee-related matters, foster positive relationships, and proactively address employee concerns. Collaborate with other leadership teams to develop employee engagement programs that align with our core values, fostering a unified and inclusive culture. Leadership and Strategic Initiatives Partner with the Delivery Center Head and global HR leadership to ensure that HR strategies support business objectives and enable growth. Support HR initiatives in other countries across LATAM, leveraging best practices from Colombia to drive consistency and efficiency in regional HR operations. Provide coaching and development to managers on people management best practices, fostering a high-performance culture. Contribute to the leadership team by providing data-driven insights on retention, employee satisfaction, and talent development. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a Senior HRBP role, especially in software services, consulting, or similar industries. Track record supporting HR operations, including payroll, compliance, contracts, and employee relations in Colombia and LATAM. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws, employment standards, and legal HR requirements. Experience developing HR transitions or integrations, particularly mergers, acquisitions, or vendor transitions. Ability to build and implement HR processes from the ground up. Experience in working with global and local teams, with the ability to navigate cross- border HR complexities. Demonstrated success in implementing culture-building and employee engagement initiatives. Fluent in English and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
