Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that reduce technical debt and accommodate future needs 2. Maintain clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough peer reviews 3. Build reusable components, libraries, and tools to enhance team productivity 4. Lead feature development from planning through deployment, meeting SLAs and sprint objectives 5. Mentor junior engineers via code reviews, pair programming, and workshops Qualifications 1. 4+ years of front-end development experience 2. Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS 3.
