We are looking for an experienced OPI/VRI Project Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our growing interpretation business unit. Responsibilities include representing the full range of interpretation services and account management. If you are an experienced Interpretation professional with strong business acumen, Project Management experience and exemplary work ethic this may be the role for you! what we need you to do... - Provide operational support across all interpretation business lines for OPI and VRI clients. - Manage all interpretation requests and provide appropriate solutions to current and prospective clients including as but not limited to; receiving requests, system processing, appropriate resource matching, client confirmations and updating internal tracking dashboard(s). - Perform ongoing client analysis of interpretation needs and provide management with feedback and recommendations on necessary changes to improve interpretation processes and procedures. - Manage onsite translation requests such as walk-in inquiries and phone call inquiries. - Generate financial reports and provide support with invoicing for clients/vendors for OPI and VRI. - Provide OPI and VRI quote preparation. - Provide full interpretation project management cycle including but not limited to scoping, quoting, coordinating an event, invoicing, addressing client feedback, serving as a vendor-client liaison for respective services. - Provide audit support & provide strategic support for technological partnerships. - Collaborate with management and QA team to develop and maintain a quality assurance program for Interpretation Department. - Strive to drive process automation and optimization forward. - Other administrative tasks as required and delegated based on business needs. what we want you to have... - Interpretation knowledge - understand feature / benefit of CQ’s services and those of competitive offerings. - Experience with OPI/VRI interpretation operation flow. - Proficient verbal and written fluency in a foreign language is preferred. - Minimum five years’ experience in the interpretation/translation industry - Four-year college degree from an accredited institution - Strong presentation, customer service and communication skills - Advanced computing skills, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CAT tools and Plunet. - Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, strong organizational skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. what is our culture...
