Cloud-Native Solutions Architect We are seeking an experienced Cloud-Native Solutions Architect to lead the development of scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with practical expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, security, and scalable architecture. They will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native solutions that meet business needs while ensuring portability, scalability, and resilience. - Provide direction, mitigate risks, and offer solutions tailored to business requirements. - Collaborate with product owners and business partners to define requirements and evolve the architecture of a scalable and resilient platform. - Build and lead a high-performing team focused on platform development and DevOps. - Supervise feature development, technical design, and process streamlining to ensure high-quality and efficient product delivery. - Lead strategies for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and observability to enhance platform stability and scalability. - Drive the evolution of cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure, ensuring portability, scalability, and resilience. - Define standards for system integrations and APIs, including the use of open-source and commercial solutions. - Implement security best practices by design and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. About You - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field. - 4+ years of experience managing global technical development teams. - Hands-on experience in Platform and DevOps: Strong technical background with practical expertise in cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, security, and scalable architecture. - 8+ years of development experience using technologies from our stack. - Deep commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement, with a hands-on approach to architectural design and problem-solving. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills, able to take full ownership of challenges and responsibilities. - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable architectures. - Agile mindset and innovation-driven approach, constantly exploring new technologies and best practices.
